Effective August 13, 2026.

When you submit the booking form, Claim To Flame receives the name, email address, phone number, requested date, and requested time slot you provide. We use those details only to evaluate and respond to your booking request. Please do not submit payment details, government IDs, health information, or other sensitive information.

Service providers

Cloudflare delivers the site and performs the Turnstile security check. That check may process network and device information to distinguish people from automated abuse. FormSubmit securely relays completed booking requests to the band and states that submission data is retained by its service for 30 days.

Retention and sharing

Claim To Flame keeps booking correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, arrange a show, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. We do not sell booking-form information. We disclose it only to the service providers needed to deliver the request, or when legally required.
